          Hi friends, I am back today am sharing one different and tasty non vegg recipe Spicy Mutton Curry recipe..... This is my first mutton recipe, actually my husband loves mutton dishes like mutton curry, mutton fry, mutton soups etc.., but I am not interested I like to eat only mutton biryani but am not eat mutton pieces only rice :)..... But now am prepared mutton recipe in my style.... So spicy and so delicious its smell is simply wow...... I really love it the smell and taste.. Ingredients :-

  • Mutton 250 grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 10
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Black pepper seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry coconut pieces 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1.    First take a cooker add chopped onions half, cleaned mutton, ginger garlic paste, rock salt,  turmeric powder, water 2 to 3 glasses mix it well.......

  2. Now close it with and boil it for 10 to 12 vessels, after 12 vessel switch off the gas let them cool it........ When cooker is cool then open the lid put it a side....

  3. Now take a wok add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick to fry... And then move it to a jar add chopped dry coconut pieces and grind it fine powder......

  4. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies and mix it well for... Fry it for lite golden color......

  5. And then add chopped tomatoes mix it well, when tomatoes are soft then add boiled mutton pieces, red chili powder and mix it well for.......

  6. Mix it well like this, then add curry leaves again mix it and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame....... 
  7. After 2 minutes, add water (mutton boiled water) mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame....... 
  8. After 10 minutes, add grind masala powder mix it well and boil it for 2 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves....... And then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot......

Whole Fish Fry Recipe How to Prepare Andhra Style

      Hi friends, today am sharing fry item Whole Medium Fish Fry, this very simple and tasty fry item.. In my page am share so many type of fry's, gravy's i will share but now am share a simple and easy to prepare whole medium fish... You can serve this fry with pappu, rasam, sambar etc.., its super to eat........ So friends lets move to Fish Fry ingredients....... :)


Ingredients :-

  • Medium Size Fishes 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
Preparation :-

  1. First take a plate, then add whole fishes in this plate... Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it like a paste... And then add oil again mix it well.....
  2. And now take a fish cut it slashes like this, and now apply this masala paste to fishes like this......
  3. Now move this marinated fishes to freezer and leave it for 1 to 2 hours....... After 2 hours open the door and then take the fishes to out......
  4. And now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add marinated fishes and fry it for low medium flame one side is fry then slowly turn another side again fry it for 3 minutes.... 
  5. After 3 minutes and then move it to a bowl.... Fry it all fishes like this, again fry fishes fry it for medium flame it will be crispy and juicy fry it for 2 minutes like this and then take it out and put it a serving plate and serve it hot................

Raw Banana / Aratikaya Tomato Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

        Hi friends today am sharing Raw Banana / Aratikaya tomato curry recipe... This is very simple and easy to make. Taste is simply wow!!! 

Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana's 2
  • Onions medium 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind small size lemon
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, now add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry. And then add chopped onions mix it well.. Then add curry leaves, chopped green chilies again mix it and fry it for low flame for few minutes.....
  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped tomatoes mix it and cook it for soft.. Then add chopped banana, chili powder again mix it and cook it for oil will oozes out.....
  3. (First you will sock tamarind) And make it like juice like...... When banana is boiled then add tamarind juice add mix it well......
  4. And then close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame it will be thick like this......  then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl.......

Pudina Pachadi Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today am sharing Pudina Pachadi / Chutney recipe Andhra style.. This is so good to eat with rice, Idly, dosa, vada etc.., so tasty and spicy delicious recipe.. You can store it for 1 week to 10 days in fridge.. So friends lets movie to prepare pachadi.....


Ingredients :-

  • Pudina / Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Red Chilies 10 to 11
  • Tomatoes 3 to 4
  • Tamarind lemon size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1 tbsp
Talimpu Ingredients :-
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal / Minapappu 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Dry Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds fry it for good smell in low flame... And then add oil mix it well...
  2.  And now add mint leaves, chopped tomatoes, red chilies, tamarind mix it.. Now add rock salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for... Fry it for tomatoes soft and juice......
  3. When tomatoes are soft, then add chopped onions mix it well, fry it for 1 minute... Then add 1/2 glass water again boil it for water will be vapour..... 
  4. When water is vapour like this and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool..... 
  5. And then movie it to a jar and whip it for 2 time grind it like this....
  6. Now take a pan add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, red chili pieces, curry leaves to and then add grind pachadi and mix it well for and then move it to a serving bowl.........

Seema Vankaya Fry / Chayote Fry Recipe How to Make

         Hi friends, today am sharing one different and tasty south indian recipe Seema Vankaya / Chayote fry.. This vegg we use in samber its very taste.. And also we prepare this vegg like fry, masala curry & Pappu items... But today am sharing fry item, and also am add some spicy powder for more rich taste... Actually my amma prepare this vegg with milk also its so yummy guys, I really so good y means my amma is a great chef I love to eat my amma recipes..... Love maa and I miss u so much ☹☹ Y means she is no more to me!!!!!!!!!! My amma given to me a great movements to me I never forget to my last breath love u amma....... love u so muchhhhh!!!!! Ok guys lets move to recipe.......

Ingredients :-


  • Seema vankaya / bangalore vankaya / Chayote  2
  • Onions big 1
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilies 6 to 7
  • Dry coconut pieces 2 tbsp
  • Roasted Bengal gram 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 3 to 4
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry, then add chopped onions mix it. Now add curry leaves again mix it...
  2. And then add chopped seema vankaya, salt, turmeric powder mix it well for then close it with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame........
  3. Now take a jar add red chilies, dry coconut, garlic cloves, roasted bengal gram, rock salt grind it powder like this....
  4. Now open the lid mix it well for, and then add grind masala powder mix it again fry it for 1 minute..... And then move it to a serving bowl......

South Indian Ragi Sangati with Chicken Curry Recipe

         Hi friends, today am sharing old traditional recipe "Ragi Sangati Chicken" curry recipe.. I think all people know this recipe.. Am also post ragi sangati recipe in my  blogg, but now am sharing chicken curry also..... So friends move to recipe details here.....

Ingredients  For Curry:-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Raw Tomatoes 2
  • Green Chilies 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Fresh coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil 9 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Ingredients For Ragi Sangati :-

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Rock salt
Preparation :-

  1. First take chicken sock it in salt water and leave it for 30 minutes, and then use.. Now take a wok add oil 3 tbsp, then add socked chicken, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix it well for, boil it.....
  2. Chicken is boiled like this put it a side, now take another pan add oil to heat, then add fennel seeds, butter to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry.......
  3. Onions are soft, now add tomatoes mix it well for... Boil it for soft... 
  4. When tomatoes are soft, then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder mix it well for, then add green chilies and mix it well for fry it.....
  5. And then add  coconut, ginger garlic paste mix it well for, then add curry leaves mix again and then close it with lid and boil it for oil oozes out....
  6. Open the lid oil will oozes out then mix it well for,  then add boiled chicken mix it well for...... Leave it for 5 minutes again mix it well for..
  7. Oil oozes out like this and then add water mix it well for. Now close it with lid and boil it for oil will oozes out like this, then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves mix it well for and boil it for 2 minutes......
  8. After 2 minutes switch off the gas, and move it to a boil.......
Now prepare ragi sangati.......

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add cleaned rice, water (1/4 cup rice add 3 to 4 cups), rock salt to taste and close it with lid and boil it for 7 to 8 vissels......
  2. When cooker is leave pressure then open the lid, now mash the rice like this and then add ragi sangati again mash it well for.... And then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot with curry.......
