           Hi friends, toady one different and tasty Andhra style Ridge Gourd Bengal Gram Dal Fry recipe (Beerakaya Senagapappu Talimpu).... Its very simple to prepare and so tasty.. One of my fav dish, my amma prepare this recipe monthly twice.. Not only this dish she will prepare with ridge gourd masala curry, onion fry, etc..., not only curry's and fries she will prepare chutneys also so tasty... Ridge Gourd Bengal Gram Dal Fry Recipe How to Make

Ingredients :-

  • Ridge Gourd (Beerakaya) 1/4 kg
  • Bengal Gram (Senagapappu) 1/4 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add bengal gram, water and boil it for 95%, then move it to a plate... Now take a pan add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry, then add chopped onions to fry......

  2. When onions are fried then add chopped ridge gourd, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for.... Now add curry leaves and mix it again, then close with lid and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame...... 
  3. After 2 minutes, open the lid and mix it well for. When ridge is soft (perfect soft) then add boiled bengal gram and mix it well for.......
  4. And cook it for 1 minute in low flame, then add crush garlic, red chili powder, pinch of salt and mix it well for.. And fry it for 30 sec and then switch off the gas......
  5. After 30 sec switch off the gas and put it for 1 minute and then move it to a serving bowl..
Now the dish is ready to serve with hot steam rice.... Its good to with rice and also serve this with side dish with pappu charu (tur dal charu) rasam... And also serve with roti, chapati... Brinjal Dry Mango Desi Style Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends, today recipe is Dry Mango Brinjal Desi Recipe....  This recipe is my grand mother recipe... My grand mother prepare like these type recipe's she love to eat this very much... My grand nother prepare like lady's finger, brinjal, drumstick, cucumber etc... She love to eat only gravy's (pulusulu) and she eat this gravy's she add some sugar and eat this she love sour and sweet ha ha ha :)...... Not only gravy's she will expert in chutneys (pachadulu)... I will share it in my blogg... Ok then lets move to this curry is very simple to prepare its time will be take only 15 minutes only..... But first soak dry mango in water and then start the process it will be so easy...... So friend's lets see the process to make this gravy step by step pic's here.....

Ingredients :-

  • Brinjal's 250 grams
  • Dry Mangoes 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes medium 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water and add dry mangoes soak it for 15 to 20 minutes....... After 20 minutes, take a bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry....
  2. Now add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and then mix it well for..... When onions are fried then add chopped tomatoes mix it well for.... 
  3. When tomatoes are soft then add chopped brinjal pieces, red chili powder, soaked dry mangoes and mix it well for........ 
  4. And now close with lid and boil it for 1 minute in slow flame, after 1 minute brinjal is soft then add water 1/4 glass mix it again close with lid and boil it for water will be vapour......
  5. Water will be vapour once mix it then switch off the gas and live it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it....... 
Now the dish is ready to serve...... Its good to eat with rice, roti, pulka, chapati etc...., it perfect to eat this curry.... It will be so tasty and delicious recipe.... How to Prepare Spicy Yam Curry Recipe Desi Style

           Hi friends, today I am sharing one different and Desi style recipe Yam curry... This recipe is so spicy & sour, actually my grand mother prepare this curry / gravy / pulusu in your child-hood days... When we to my grand moms home she must be prepare this curry for me!!! why means I love this curry. Not only my grand mother my amma also prepare this, but my grand mother prepare style is different my amma  prepare style is different but taste is yummy.... why mean's amma is amma right.... love u maaaaaaaa....... :) My amma so sweet she is very caring about me, my dad and my sister she is always thinking about her family only.. When any body like my friends or my sister friends came to our home then she will prepare so many types of different snacks prepare so caring and loving... You know guys my friends came to my home only for my amma not to meet me ha ha ha.... My amma not only amma my world best friend..... and mother love u maaaaaaaaaaaaa and I miss u alot........☹ I miss u alot...... Ur in my heart ma I never forgot u you always in my heart  you are my soul--------- no words to share my speechless guys my heart ......... ok lets move to curry... Friends this curry is very simple to prepare and so easy to cook so lets see the process to make this curry........

Ingredients :-

  • Yam 250 grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size 10 grams
  • Red Chili powder 2 tbsp 
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Jaggery 3 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take yam peel it and clean, then cut it small pieces and put it in water...... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry, now add curry leaves and fry it for soft......
  2. When onions are soft then add turmeric powder, salt or rock salt mix it well for.... then add chopped tomato pieces and mix it well for...... Boil it for tomatoes are soft...
  3. Tomatoes are soft then add chopped yam pieces, red chili powder and mix it well for......
  4. Now close it with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame..... After 2 minutes, open the lid mix it well for.. Then add socked tamarind mash it then make water and add this tamarind water and mix it well......
  5. Now add jaggery  and mix it well for, then close with lid and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in medium to low flame.... When the gravy is thick like this the switch off the gas and then live it for 10 to 15 minutes.... and then move it to a serving bowl......
Now the dish is ready to serve....... Its very tasty and spicy and sour sweet curry / gray... Actually my grand mother add jaggery in this curry like brinjal curry, ladys finger, what ever gravy / curry's / pulusu lu she add sugar or jaggery, its like sweet sour and spicy she like to she like to this type...             Hi friends, today I will share one different and desi old recipe Thotakura mamidikaya pappu / Amaranth leaves raw mango dal recipe.... I will share one of the recipe Amaranth dal in my blog, this is 2nd one.. In first dal recipe prepared with tamarind now in this dal am not using tamarind am use only mango its taste is so different and tangy taste... One special in this recipe is if you have mud pot try this recipe in that the taste will be yummy...... My grand mother will prepare this recipe in mud pot only she is a great chef... Off course my me also ;) My grand mother prepare so many types of chutneys / pachalu.... I will share all in soon.... Ingredients :-

  • Amaranth leaves (Thotakura) 4 bunches
  • Raw Mango 1 big size
  • Tomatoes 3 medium size
  • Onions 2 medium size
  • Green chilies 10 (as u like spicy)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First take amaranth leaves (thotakura) cut it small pieces and clean it then add to cooker, then add chopped onions, chopped mango, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and then close with lid and cook it for 4 whistle, then switch off the gas and cool it for........

  2. When cooker is cool then open then lid,  then add salt to taste and mash it..... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped red chilies, hing, fenugreek seeds to fry...... Then add mashed dal and mix it well... And boil it for 3 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 3 minutes mix it well for then move it to a serving boil........

In my blogg I will share so many types of gravys, fries, currys, prawn biryanis etc..., I love very mush prawns, in your coastal area's we eat and like to eat prawns and fish especially in your Nellore.... But my husband love to eat mutton and chicken, so i prepared one week chicken, one week mutton and both two weeks we eat fish and prawns..... :)... Ok lets see the prawn recipe, in this prawn is very simple to prepare and make this easy.. Spicy and taste recipe it will be serve with side dish are serve with rice also.. Its perfect to eat with flavor rices.....  Prawns are  a very good source of omega 3 fatty acids and a good cholesterol improver.   • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 10 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4 to 5

  • Black pepper seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel (sompu) 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Dry coconut powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick fry it good smell... It came good smell then switch off the gas and cool it for... Now take a jar add this all and grind it fine powder and put it a side.....

  2. Now take a wok add 2 tsp oil to heat, then add cleaned prawns, salt, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, red chili powder 1 tbsp and mix it well for.......

  3. Boil it for 80% only like this........
  4. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, green chilies mix it well for...... And then add salt to taste, turmeric powder curry leaves and mix it well for.. onions will be fried soft...

  5. When onions are soft and lite brown then add ginger garlic paste mix it well for, it will be came good smell then add chopped tomatoes and mix it soft.. and put the lid and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame..

  6. After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it, then add red chili powder and mix it well for.... fry it for 1 minute in low flame.

  7. Now add boiled prawns mix it well (don't use water) fry it in low flame for 5 minutes... Oil will oozes out then mix it well....

  8. When oil is oozes out then add grind masala powder, coconut powder and mix it well for, and fry it for 2 minutes in low flame...... then add chopped coriander and mix it for then move it to a serving bowl...

        Hi friends, today I will share pickle Lemon Pickle... In this summer my mom (amma) prepare so many pickles like tomato pickle, mango pickle, tamarind pickle, lemon pickle, goose berry (amla / usirikaya) pickle, pandu mirapakaya pickle, etc.. My amma prepare in this summer vadiyalu, saggubiyyam vadiyalu, rice flour vadiyalu etc.., In this summer we prepare this all item's in my home... Now a days loads of branded pickles are available in market, but the pickles prepare your self with love the taste mmmmmmmhhhhhhh simple wow... Process also so easy to make this pickles..  Lemons are available in India all around the year and this lemon pickle is an easy way to store and enjoy them in our diet on a daily basis so that you can get your daily dose of Vitamin C. When you make lemon pickle this way, you need not have to wait for a month for the pickle to get ready as it gets ready in just 4 or 6 days and also there is no fear of the bitterness from the lemon skin transferring to the pickle when you store for many months. Summer is an apt time of the year to make pickles. My aunty  (my amma sister) always used to preserve lemons from her garden in a big jar so that she can make the pickle at the drop of a hat. And also she will share some more lemons gift it to relatives and friends. She send to me also so I prepared this pickle..   • Lemons 500 grams
  • Salt / Rock salt 
  • Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 5 to 6
  • Oil 15 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take lemons and wash it neat, then clean it with clean cloth and then put it a side.., for 30 minutes.. Then cut it small pieces like this... Then take a glass add the lemon pieces and put it a side (you can take 250 ml glass) it came 2 glass then add slat 1/2 glass to add to lemon pieces, turmeric powder also add and mix it well for.... (now check salt it will to salt when salt is low again add some salt).... 
  2. When the pieces are totally mixed like this, then move it to a virgin plastic or glass jar take then this mixture and store it for 2 days...... and leave it for...

  3. After 2 days open the lid and check it salt, it correct then mix it slowly again store for 1 day.......

  4. Next day open the lid, then add red chili powder and mix it slowly then check it spicy again close with lid and leave it for 1 more day.......

  5. Next day morning open the lid and mix it once's, then take a wok add oil to heat when oil is heated then add mustard seeds and red chili pieces and fry it for.. When the chilies are fried then switch off the gas and cool it for...

  6. When oil is totally cool then add this oil into lemon pickle and mix it... and serve this..... Its complete...
