We prepare this kesari in functions also, some people make this kesari in functions also friends.. Very fast to make this recipe.. Ingredients :-

  •  Sooji small glass 1
  • Sugar 1, 1/4 glass
  • Ghee 6 tbsp
  • Milk 1 glass
  • water 3 glasses
  • Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
  • Raisins 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom 3 (make it powder)

       Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Andhra Special chutney Spicy Sorrel Chutney... Very easy to make this chutney adding some spices... In Andhra very special, we serve this chutney hot steam rice adding spoon of ghee mix this chutney eat, mmmmmhhhhh no words to tell its really awesome friends....  So watch this with english sub titles...... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Red sorrel 4 big cups
  • Red chilies 20 nos
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Onion 1 big
For tadka :-

  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry Leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add 1 tsp oil to heat, then add red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, to fry.. Fry it for lite golden color... 
  2. When it came golden color then move it to a plate let it cool... In same pan add oil 4 tsp to heat, then add cleaned sorrel leaves mix it well... Fry it for oil will oozes out...
  3. When red chilies are cool, then move it to a jar add salt and grind it crush... 
  4. When sorrel is boiled it cames oil will oozes, then mix this grind spice powder mix it well... 
  5. Now take a tadka add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili pieces, curry leaves and fry it for then add to sorrel chutney again mix it well...
  6. Then in same jar add onion pieces crush it, then add it also to sorrel mix it well and switch off the gas and leave it for cool........
Now the chutney is ready to serve... This chutney is store in fridge 10 to 15 days... Its spicy and so yummy friends... Also eat in dosa, idly, vada etc.., very to eat with rice add some ghee eat no words to share friends really awesome chutney.......

         Hi, friends today am sharing recipe is #mixed #veges #masala #recipe.. Friends I tried this recipe first time, #taste is #awsome guys... Actually we #prepare #aloo, #carrot, #beetroot, #peas, etc.., But am try this recipe with #ladyfinger, #brinjal, #drumstick  friends taste so so so yummy friends.. Ingredients :-


  • Ladyfingers 200 grams
  • Brinjal 200 grams
  • Drumsticks 2
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 1/2 glass
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds to fry then add chopped onions curry leaves salt to taste, turmeric powder and fry it for soft.. Then add tomatoes chopped vegges red chili powder and mix it well... Close with lid boil it for 2 minutes in low flame.. 
  2. After 2 minutes open lid mix it well, vegges are boiled oil will oozes out then mix it well.. Then add ginger garlic paste, coconut paste again mix it well again close with lid boil it for 2 more minutes in low flame...
  3. After 2 minutes open lid again mix it well, it came good smell then add coconut milk, and water 1 glass and mix it well and check salt and then close with lid boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame.....
  4. After 10 minutes put it in low flame, open lid then mix it well.. When curry thick then switch off the gas and then leave it for 5 minutes and then serve it to a serving bowl and serve it hot with rice......

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Spicy Chicken Gravy curry recipe... Very simple to make this recipe for morning break fast recipes, like Idly, Dosa, Vada etc.., its perfect to eat... This is not for plain rice friends, this only for break fast recipe.. Very simple to make this and so yummy to eat.. Actually I prepared this recipe for "Appam", but am not add Appam recipe friends I only add curry recipe only.. If u want the Appam recipe also U must comment to me then I will share that yummy appam also... Actually I prepared Appam first time so am not add that... But friends Appam taste is wow wow wow........ No words to share guys Its Awesome break fast...... :)..... Ingredients :-


  • Chicken with bone 250 grams
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes 3 
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 6 tsp
  • Coconut paste 1/4 tsp
  • Whole garam masala's (as curry for required)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-


  1. First take a cooker add oil to heat, then add whole garam masalas to fry, then add chopped onion to fry... Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for good smell....
  2. When it leaves raw smell then add salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well.. Then add chopped green chilies and mix it...
  3. Now add cleaned chicken again mix it well, and then close with lid fry it for 5 more minutes..... Chicken will be roast then add coriander leaves, curry leaves... 
  4. When chicken is fried, then add chili powder mix it well and fry it for 1 minute and then add coconut paste again fry it for good smell..........
  5. When coconut paste is fried, then add water check salt to taste, then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and close with lid boil it for 3 to 4 vissels.....
  6. When cooker came 4 vissels switch off the gas let it cool, then open lid, now mix it well and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot...... with your favorite break fast.....
