Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe with Kasuri methi How to Prepare

     Hi friends, today rice item Veg Fried rice with Kasuri methi or pulav... I prepared so many types of rice like briyani's, pulav, etc.., I prepared this rice with olive oil and kasuri methi it taste is so different and spicy mouth watering item.. My husband love it so much, he loves different types of rices.. So I prepared this tasty and delicious recipe, this is my own idea rice recipe.. I share to my loving friends..... :). I use in this rice item aloo, and carrot and also am use in this rice is must add coconut milk (friends you must use coconut milk is compulsory the taste is so different don't use only water...) So friends lets see the process to make this rice item step by step pics here.. So lets move to the process.......

Ingredients :-

  • Potatoes 100 grams
  • Carrots 100 grams
  • Onions 3 
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Olive oil 10 tbsp
  • Star anise 2
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • Bay leaf 2
  • cloves 4
  • Marati moggu (Capers) 1
  • Cashew nuts 15 or 1/2 cup
  • Shajeera (caraway) 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 4 tbsp
  • Basmathi rice 250 grams (2 cups)
  • Mint leaves 
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste (in this am using rock salt its taste also so different) 
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp (crush)
  • Coconut milk 1, 1/2 cup
  • Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add olive oil to heat, then add star anise, cardamoms, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, marati moggu to fry, then add cashew nuts, shajeera to fry... Now add crush kasuri methi, finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies, mint leaves and mix it well....

  2. Onions are fried lite brown color then add turmeric powder, rock salt again mix it and fry it for 5 minutes..... Then add chopped potatoes, carrots mix it well then close it with lid and fry for 5 minutes in low flame.....

  3. After 5 minutes open the lid mix it well, then add ginger garlic paste and mix it again then close it with lid again fry it for 2 minutes more..

  4. Now open the lid mix it, add chili powder again mix it.. Now add coconut milk, water 1/2 cup mix it well and boil it for....... When water is boiled then add socked rice mix it well then close it with lid and boil it for 30%.... 
  5. When the rice is boiled 30% then add chopped tomatoes, mix it then close with lid and boil it for..... When the rice is boiled then open then lid mix it slowly then switch off the gas and live it for 5 minutes..... Then serve it.......

Now the veg rice is ready to serve..... Its so spicy and delicious rice item... Its prefect to serve lunch box also...   • Beans 250 grams
  • Dry coconut 1/4 cup
  • Bengal gram roasted 3 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 3 to 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take beans cut it small pieces and clean it, then move it to a boiling bowl add water, turmeric powder, salt and boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame..... Beans will be soft then strain water and then move it to a plate.....

  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry then add curry leaves to fry.. Then add boiled beans and fry it for 2 minutes in low flame......
  3. Take a jar add bengal gram roasted, red chilies, garlic cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces, salt and grind it fine powder like this.. When beans are little roast then add grind coconut powder and mix it well for it for 1 minute in low flame....
  4. Fry it for 1 minute then switch off the gas move, it to a serving bowl .........

          Hi friends, today recipe is "Mushroom Capsicum Paneer Butter Masala Gravy".... This is my signature recipe guys...... I prepare this curry for birth day function.. My husband sister son birth day party he ask me pls prepare for me on different recipe like restaurant style prepare for me and my friends..... So I think what can I prepare nd he ask me its totally different and tasty.. He like's different type of recipe like chicken lollipops, chicken fry, chicken biryani, etc.., He is foodie......... :) so what can I prepared mmmmmhhhhhhh... K I will prepare you I said here expectation is so high ?????????? But how can I reach here expectation kkk I asked here what type of recipe you want, he told me my my friends will came to my birthday so you must magic with your recipe.. And he don't give any clue but he ask me very special and rich... Then I show a magic to my son-in-law :)....... Here birth day party pics also here guys see and then bless here....... :) 

Ingredients :-

  • Mushroom 1 packet (250 grams)
  • Paneer 250 grams
  • Capsicums 4
  • Butter 150 grams
  • Olive oil 6 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 50 grams
  • Poppy seeds 3 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Cloves 5
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • Shajeera 1 tbsp
  • Tasting salt 1 tsp
  • Onion paste 1 big cup (or) 4  
  • Tomatoes paste 1 medium cup (or) 3
  • Spring onions 2 bunches
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add 1 tsp olive oil, butter little bit and add mushroom pieces and fry it for good smell then move it to a plate.......

  2. And then add some more butter, olive oil to heat, then add capsicum pieces and fry it for leave ra smell... then move it to a plate.....

  3. Capsicum is fried then move it to a plate.. In same pan add olive oil, butter to heat, then add paneer pieces to fry.. Paneer also fried then move it to a blow.....

  4. Now a another pan add poppy seeds, and fry it for lite brown color then move it to a jar and cool it for 3 minutes.. Then add soaked cashew nuts (soak it in hot water for 20 to 30 minutes) and then grind it fine paste like this..........

  5. Now take a pan (same pan use already you use capsicum pan) add butter, olive oil to heat, when butter is melt, then add spring onion (white part only) pieces fry it for 2 minutes then add chopped green chilies again fry it for 2 more minutes.....

  6. After chilies also fried then add cloves, cinnamon stick pieces and mix it for... Fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.... Then add onion paste, shajeera again mix it well and fry it for oil will oozes out............
  7. Oil is oozes out, then add turmeric powder, salt and mix it well for...... Then add ginger garlic paste again mix it well for...... It will be thick (like 3 rd pic) then add tomato paste again mix it well for.......... 
  8. Oil will oozes out, now add cashew paste mix it... Then add kasuri methi crush mix it again.... It will be oozes oil out like this....... (When the masala is leaves the pan it will be thick paste like this) see the last pic.
  9. And then add fried capsicum, mushroom mix it well for and leave it for 2 minutes.. Now add red chili powder again mix it well for........ And fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.......
  10. After 5 minutes add 3 glasses water mix it well, and boil it for 5 minutes in medium to high flame then add coriander powder, aji-no-moto (tasting salt), fried paneer mix it well.. And boil it for 2 more minutes.....
  11. After 2 minute add garam masala powder mix it again boil it for 2 minutes then switch off the gas add finely chopped green spring onions and coriander leaves........
So yummy and tasty delicious restaurant style recipe is ready...... Its so rich and mouth watering recipe :)... This recipe is serve 10 to 15 members, so in your home 4 members, you can prepare ingredients take only of all... This gravy is prefect to roti, pulka, chapati and naan.. But I am prepared gobi drumstick curry... Its so yummy and tasty masala recipe.. Especially we prepare these type of recipes prepare in saturdays special items...   • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger pieces 3 tsp 
  • Garlic 10 
  • (or u can use ginger garlic 2 tbsp)
  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamoms 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom fry it for good smell.. then switch off the gas. Now take a jar add coconut, ginger garlic, fried masala ingredients and grind it fine paste like this......

  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chili pieces, cumin seeds to fry, then add onion pieces, green chilies to fry.. Then add curry leaves, rock salt, turmeric powder again mix it well......

  3. Onions are soft then add cleaned cauliflower pieces, tomato pieces, red chili powder and then mix it well for..... then close it with lid and boil it 5 minutes in low flame...

  4. After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it again slowly.. Then add grind masala paste again mix it then fry it for good smell.......

  5. It came good smell then add drumstick pieces mix it again fry it for 5 minutes... Then add 2 glass water then mix it and close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

  6. After 10 minutes open the lid it will be thick oil will oozes out then switch off the gas and move it to a side and leave it for 5 minute......
After 5 minutes, move it to a serving bowl and add some coriander leafs and then serve it with hot steam rice or chapati......           Hi friends, today recipe is Peanut Red chillies Roast Drumstick fry recipe my style.... I will share some different types of drum stick fry's and drum stick gravy.. But now am sharing one different type of fry... In this am using some peanuts, red chilies roasted then grind it like crushed its very taste for this fry..... First time I will prepare this fry in my home my husband like it very much :)..... Its good combination for dal curry's, rasam etc..,  its good to eat steam rice also...... So friends lets see the process to make this taste fry recipe here..... 

Peanut Drumsticks Fry Recipe How to Make

Ingredients :-

  • Drum sticks 2
  • Peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Red chilies 7 to 8
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 7 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add water, then add drum stick pieces, salt (only for drum stick), turmeric powder and then boil it for 5 to 8 minutes in medium flame... When drum stick is boiled then move it to a plate......

  2. Now take a pan add peanuts, red chilies to dry roast... for 5 minutes in low flame..... It will be roast then move it to a plate cool it for 2 minutes.. After 2 minutes move it to a jar add fried peanuts, garlic cloves, rock salt and grind it fine crush like this.......
  3. Now take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. and then add boiled drumsticks mix it well fry it for 1 minute.... Then add grind peanut crush mix it well for...
  4. Fry it for 2 minutes in low flame, then add curry leaves mix it then switch off gas move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......   
Now the dish is ready to serve..... Its good to eat all types of dals, like tomato dal, leafy dals etc...., not only for dal you can serve it with rasam and steam rice also........ How to Prepare Prawn Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style

          Hi friends good after noon to all........ Today am sharing Prawn Masala Curry recipe.... In my blog am share so many types of prawn curry recipe.. But now this is different type and taste also mmmmmmmhhhhhhh yummy guys..... So friends see the process to make this tasty recipe... Here is the ingredients and process lets see guys....... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Prawns 500 grams
  • Coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 2 medium
  • Ginger  
  • Garlic cloves
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 4
  • cloves 8
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Red chilies 2
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 2 or 3
  • Mint leaves 
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp (as u like to take spice) 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add fresh coconut pieces, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, cloves, cinnamon stick pieces, coriander seeds and then grind it fine paste... (add some water again grind)...
  2. Now take a bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seed, cumin seeds to fry. Now add red chilies, bay leaf, curry leaves, mint leaves to fry.... When all ingredients are fried, add finely chopped onions mix it well for...., fry it for soft.......
  3. Onions are softed then add turmeric powder, rock salt mix it well... Now add prawns mix it again... Then add red chili powder mix it and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame......
  4. After 5 minutes, add chopped tomatoes mix it well for and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame... Tomatoes are soft now add grind coconut paste and mix it again... Fry it for oil oozes out...... 
  5. Oil will oozes out it will be came good smell.... Then add water mix it well then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves and close it with lid and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame..
  6. After 10 minutes open the curry (oil is release) mix it, when gravy is thick then switch off the gas leave it for 5 minutes.... After 5 minutes move it to serving bowl and serve it.....
Now so yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Masala curry is ready to eat... Its good combination to eat with hot steam rice and plain biryani, roti, pulka, chapati......., So friends try this recipe in your home enjoy the taste......  Yours Neha Satish...........
