      Remember when you were a child and you never understood why you couldn’t have that leftover pie from last night’s dinner for breakfast? Apple Smoothie Pie With Yogurt Drink
 Ingredients :-

  • Apples  3
  • Dates 10
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Cool Milk 1/2 cup
  • Little bit cinnamon powder 
Method :-

  1. First cut the apples small pieces, and then cut dates also.
  2. Now take a jar add apple pieces, dates and grind it smooth paste.
  3. Next add Yogurt again grind it smooth paste, when the mixture is came smooth and then add chilled milk and again  grind it fine smoothie..

And now move to a fancy glass and add some pinch of cinnamon powder and serve it cool... Veg Potato Balls Snack Item How to Prepare

   Potato is one of the most popular vegetable, has innumerable health benefits and because of its sweet flavor is loved by adults and children.  When I made my mashed potatoes for this recipe I used a hand held masher and mashed the potatoes as best I could.  However there will still some lumps which did interfere a little with the stuffing.  However it was still doable.  If you have a potato ricer, I would recommend using that to mash the potatoes so that you end up with a smooth final product. Flour and mashed potato balls add some spices to extra flavor. Its hot and spicy snack item.It is rolled into balls. Then it is coated with cornflour and bread crumbs. The recipe given below can be taken as an evening snack. Children will like it so much to eat this recipe. Serve with tomato sauce..

Ingredients :-
  • Boiled Potatoes  250 grams
  • Maida flour  2 tbsp
  • Rice flour  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Green chili   3
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts Powder  (Rough powder) 3 tbsp
  • Semolina flour  for roll
  • Bread Powder for roll
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Tomato sauce

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add potatoes boiled, when the potatoes are boiled and then move it a side cool it for. 
  2. When the potatoes are cool and then peel it. And now add a bowl and  mash it well.
  3. Next add salt, maida flour, rice flour, corn flour, green chili pieces, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cashew nuts powder and coriander leaves.
  4. And then mix it well like a soft dough, when mixture is ready.
  5. And then take the mixture, and then prepare it small balls, and now roll it in semolina flour and bread powder and then put a side.
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when the oil heat and then drop the potato balls in to oil and fry it golden color. Fry it in medium flame for fry.. And then move it to paper towel.
And then sprinkle the chat masala powder to the balls and then serve it wit tomato sauce and serve it hot.. U can serve it with time.. And now the evening snack item "Veg potato balls snack" item is ready to eat.. Enjoy the taste..

     Hi, today one different special recipe "Nellore Fish Curry" famous in Nellore Andhra pradesh. Actually I am from Nellore. In this city famous special recipe, that's Nellore Chepala Pulusu (Fish curry). The world famous fish curry recipe which is cooked using only fresh water fish.. Nellore Chepala Pulusu has a very special recognition in Andhra cuisine.. Nellore is very famous for its authentic Chepala Pulsu recipe. In AP, most of the cities and towns will definetly be having a Nellore Mess which serves this curry. This is prepared without any masala (ginger,garlic,garam masala). Only onions, tomatoes, tamarind puree (Thick puree).  My amma is an expert in making this Fish curry. So I exactly copied her recipe (added raw mango for extra flavour) and it came out very well. My amma prepare this curry weekly once sunday.. That we all are in home, sunday is special day to all of my family members... My amma & Naan (Dad) went to market then get fresh fish and cleaned it there only. Then came to home again my mother cleaned with crystal salt and lemon juice mix it well for the fish then add water and cleaned it.. Like this process the fish is cooked fast and taste also so good for... And then prepared the taste and spicy fish curry is prepared to us....  No other fish curry can beat the taste of this curry ever for me n my sis...   • Fish  1 kg
  • Onions medium size 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Green mango 1
  • Tamarind 150 grams (Soak for 1/2 hour)
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek  1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder  5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 12 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
Nellore Fish Curry How to prepare (Nellore Chepala Pulusu)
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then add mustard seeds, fenugreek then fry it. 
  2. Then add curry leave, chopped green chili, chopped onions, and fry it for 5 minutes. 
  3. And then add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. Next mash soaked tamarind like a thick paste. Add it mix well, then add some water and it for for 5 minutes.
  5. When the curry is boiled and then add fish pieces in the curry. And then add green mango pieces.
  6. And now boil it the curry for 10 to 15 minutes. When the curry is came's thick and then add chopped coriander leaves and then switch off the gas. And put it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes and then serve it...
