Chapati Egg Stuffed Roll Morning breakfast

        Hi friends Good morning to all.. Have a great Sunday. Today one break fast recipe that is Chapati egg stuffed roll...... An interesting and utterly prepared, and delicious egg chapati recipe, excellent to make for weekend breakfast. You can make it just like the way i have done.
         An egg chapati is made from whole wheat flour. One is used to make one of such chapatis. Small balls of dough are kneaded out, till the desired chapati shape is reached. This uncooked chapati is fry for one side  for semi-cooked. Egg chapati using raw egg is a tricky chapati for the beginners as for that. Egg chapati can made using simply beaten egg, else chopped onions, green chilies, can also be mixed in the beaten egg. Each chapati needs one egg. And then fried in medium flame. Children will like it so much... Try this recipe and serve it to u r family and enjoy it.....  

Ingredients :-

  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Butter 2 spoons
  • Olive oil / Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk to prepare dough
  • Eggs 3 (or) 4
  • Onions 2 finely chopped
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Pepper powder 1 spoon
  • If u like add cheese also
  • Capsicum finely chopped 1
  • Tomato 2 chopped (with out seeds)
  • Coriander leafs chopped 
  • Chopped Spring Onions 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 spoon

Method :-

  1. Take a bowl add flour, salt, butter, baking powder mix it for 1 minute.
  2. Next add milk to flour and then mix it like a chapati dough, and marinate it for 15 minutes.
  3. Next take a bowl beat eggs, and blend it for 1 minute, then add salt, chili powder, olive oil 1 spoon, pepper powder and blend it again with the help of spoon.
  4. Next add chopped capsicum, chopped onions, chopped spring onions and blend it once with the help of spoon.
  5. Now take the dough and mix it once's, and then make a small size balls to prepare chapati.
  6. And then take flour spread it into wooden board, and then take small balls and make it with the help of pin to prepare chapati's.
  7. Next take a pan to heat it, and then add chapati, fry for one side for 1 minute. Next turn the chapati, and then add egg mixture apply to chapati at all sides. 
  8. And also add cheeses and then fry it in medium flame, and then add oil fry the chapati. And now turn the chapati carefully, and now add oil and fry it for 2 minutes.
  9. When the chapati is fried, both sides and then turn to a serving plate.... And roll the egg chapati and serve it hot...
