Onion Cheese Paratha Its Hot Recipe.....................

Hi friends, today recipe "Onion Cheese paratha". Under this first, we have to prepare dough and then onion and cheese stuffing with some spices. Onion may be a useful for the prevention of cardiovascular disease, especially, since they diminish the risk of blood clots. Onion also protects against stomach and other cancers, as well as protecting against certain infections.Onions can be eaten raw, cooked, fried, dried, or roasted. They are commonly used to flavor dips, salads, soups, spreads, stir-fry and other dishes....  Onion paratha can be had for breakfast or a quick brunch or lunch. Accompanied with a vegetable dish or raita to take these parathas make a complete meal.. U can serve these recipe in dinner time also take. As far as onion paratha is concerned it is very easy to make. Simple ingredients and making process also so easy and then try this recipe in your home and enjoy the taste....

Ingredients For Dough :- 
  • Whole wheat flour  2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • oil  2 spoons
  • Water
For Stuffed Ingredients :-
  • Onions  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 spoon
  • Green chilli paste 1 1/2 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Cheese (what u liked)
  • Salt to taste
  • coriander leaves 
  • Butter for fry the chapati
Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil  and  mix it well. And then add water to mix like a soft dough, and soak it for 30 minutes. 
  2. Next take a bowl add finely chopped onions, chopped green chillis, grated cheese, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
  3. And then take the dough mixture, and then shape it small balls. And then press it and then add wheat for to help the paratha making with rolling pin.
  4. Now take onion mixture put it in medial and close both sides and then again add some wheat flour add roll it like paratha.
  5. Next take a paratha pan to heat it, and then add stuffed paratha to fry. And then add butter to fry the paratha both side. It came's golden color and then move to plate and then sever it hot..  
Now ready to eat hot & spicy onion cheese paratha ready.. You can take this break fast also it so tasty and delicious...

Hi, to day recipe "Bread shahi tukda sweet recipe". Shahi tukda is a very simple and easy recipe to make especially. The shai tukra is made of fried bread soaked in sugar syrup. And then add to creamy sweet thickened milk and garnish with dry fruits. This dessert is way easy to make and less time consuming as it takes maximum time 1 hour.  Its very rich sweet recipe, Bread shahi tukda sweet.. Try this recipe in your home and enjoy the taste...  Ingredients :-
  • Bread pieces  6 
  • Ghee for deep fry
  • Milk with cream 600 ml
  • Sugar 1 cup medium 
  • Raisins 15 
  • Cashew Nuts 10
  • Almond 10
  • Pista 10
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Saffron milk 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup

Method :-
  1. First take bowl add sugar 1/2 cup, and then add water and then boil it for 15 minutes. 
  2. And then take a bread slices and cut it sides, and then cut the bread  4 cubes and then put it a side.
  3. Now take a fry pan apply ghee to fry the bread pieces in ghee.And then add bread pieces and fry it golden brown colour.
  4. When the bread pieces came brown colour and then move it to a plate.
  5. Next take a bowl add milk and then boil it for 3 boils of the milk. 
  6. Next add sugar and mix it well, when the sugar is melted and then add cardamom powder, soaked saffron milk and mix it well. When the milk is ready and then cool it for 15 minutes, and then start next process.
  7. And now it contains will came thick milk, and then take sugar syrup and mix it.
  8. And then add fried bread pieces in sugar syrup, soak it for 1 minute.
  9. And then take it to a long plate, and then add boiled milk sauce to bread pieces.
  10. Now add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almond, chopped pista, raisins and then put put in freezer for 10 minutes.
